I was directed to this website recently http://www.auspostalhistory.com/
and thought many here would also enjoy it if they haven't come across it yet.

It is a labour of love and as the post title suggests, it is focused on Australian postal history and social philately

I haven't had a chance to look through half of it yet but there are many scans of interesting entires etc with associated info
