Well clients is past tense Kainnikanada, so you have perhaps perfectly answered your own incredibly lame question. :?:

As clearly stated, half baked, and partial, and increibly lazy, and vague, and almost nominations like yours will not be tallied or entered. Mods do not have all day to change diapers, or read your mind. If you calm down, and nominate your selection correctly, please do so.

Thanks for yours, RobRoyH - proving the correct nomination format is so easy for most here to follow.

My second nomination for May:

Norvic
GB Post Office "Horizon" overcharges Trial - the Court Cases
http://www.stampboards.com/viewtopic.ph ... 4#p6077534

This has been one of those "labour of loves" that has involved "not inconsiderable effort" over many months.... bringing it all into an easily digestible form to keep us abreast of developments.

Again, greatly appreciated

Wow, as they say "That was a bit unexpected".

So many thanks are due: AMark for the nomination, the mods for taking the time (as ever), the Sheriff for making it all possible (plus the tech guys, for keeping it all possible :D ) and of course, the wellwishers. It is ALL appreciated.

Especially so, perhaps, as I wasn't hopeful .... it was a tremendous field this month, and mine was "a general nomination".

For those looking for a "showcase article" (not from the month of the award), I think I most enjoyed writing this one, around a year ago ....

http://www.stampboards.com/viewtopic.ph ... 4#p5333856

(Disappointed the OP never got back (even "acknowledge"), as I think it would have been a very interesting story to follow. It has great relevance to a lot of people "in that situation".

Still, onward ... I've settled back to be slightly less verbose (n.b. "slightly"!),
and tuck more pictures in (although "if a picture is 1,000 words" ....).

Thanks again, everyone.

Now, get nominating or get writing ... Stampboards should be more than just a spectator pastime.

Congratulations ViccyVFU.

As for my own nomination for the Horizon Trial thread, most of what I contribute is the words of others, but if I am fortunate enough to win in June I will somehow contrive to get the value of the prize to Nick Wallis for his future efforts on the rest of the trial(s).

Just six days of my title remaining, its time to be thinking of my successor ....

I see CMJ, Norvic and Ubobo.R.O. have already made the list, so I'll not repeat them, but endorse them all.

I'm still minded this is also worthy of consideration ... (There were more updates in June).

Thank you to those who voted for me. It may not be stamps, but it goes to the heart of the postal network in this country - even Post Office Ltd said, at one stage, that if things were as bad as suggested, it "poses an existential threat to the whole system".

Thank you Mark and other Moderators.

I enjoyed posting the topic - and it's caused me to look for further forgeries to post here.

Well done Bazza -- in a closely voted contest .. a lot of work on there and the careful captioning of them all, means those images will always feature big in google searches, going forward.
